Many years ago, the City of San Francisco stopped reporting suicide jumpers from the Golden Gate Bridge. The youthful and naive are now saved from the horrors of the, undoubtably, absurdly high death toll. And so are the would-be jumpers. Perhaps others whose lofty hopes of peace and social change were dashed on Election Day found some other way to end their misery. Me? Well, I bought a loft.
